court given by Justice I.M Buba on July 12 2013″
“This was served on the Commissioner of Police, the Inspector General of Police and
FAAN and inspite of that FAAN broke into the fence and allow people to be parking
their cars here illegally and we have complained to our lawyer and we are here to
establish that fence and to ensure that the order of the court is complied ” he
added.
Akinyemi further noted that while they were on the parcel of land, the Commissioner of Police invited them and subsequently arrested his General Manager Chief Niyi Akande .
He said”while we were here the Commissioner of Police invited my General Manager Chief Niyi Akande to his office and after we explained the situation here, the man now asked him for the details of the particulars of the land which he already had in his custody, so he now asked his men to whisk him away .
We have contacted our lawyer on the recent development because he invited us to his office and we went there only a piece of paper and telephone and he was labelling us as terrorists. We thought he wanted to resolve the issue but rather than that, he was doing something else”
