Auno attack: Buhari visits Maiduguri to condole with government, victims



President Muhammadu on Wednesday arrived Maiduguri to condole with people of the state over the killings of passengers in an attack coordinated by Boko .

The insurgents carried the attack at Auno village in Konduga Local Government Area of the state on Sunday night.

The presidential jet landed at about 1:10 PM, at the Nigerian Air Force Base, 105 Composite Command, Maiduguri.

It will be recalled insurgents had on Feb. 9, attacked Auno dozens of stranded passengers, destroyed vehicles, and properties worth millions of Naira.
