Amaechi’s “k-leg has been straightened”,says Obasanjo

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo has said the “K-leg” which stopped him from endorsing Governor Rotimi Amaechi as PDP gubernatorial candidate for Rivers State when he was president has been straightened.
“The k-leg has been straightened “,Obasanjo declared in Port Harcourt where he is on a visit to commission projects embarked upon by Governor Amaechi.
As president,Obasanjo had opposed the emergence of Amaechi as the PDP gubernatorial candidate in 2007.
But the governor went to court and the Supreme Court declared him the right ful candidate and ordered that he be sworn in as governor of Rivers State.
