Air Peace Records Over 300 Passengers On Maiden Flights

Over 300 hundred passengers were recorded in the  maiden flights  of  Air Peace  airline to two destinations across the country Lagos- Owerri, Lagos -Abuja.

Air Peace with seven aircraft in its fleet, got its Air Operators Certificate AOC  a few months ago, announced its determination to commence flight operations in the country. With the coming of yet another local operator, the aviation industry may have its activities boosted thereby giving room for passengers to make choice of airlines to fly with.

It is expected that the coming of the new airline into the country’s aviation will bring down air fares especially with the its seven aircraft. One of the passengers on Abuja flight Nnamdi Onwuka told Newsdiaryonline that the commencement of flight by Air Peace was long overdue in the country as it will bridge the gap of lateness and cancellation of flights by the so called mega airlines in the country.

He urged the management of the airline to keep to time as it has done on its maiden flight operations stressing that it was the only way to meet customers’ demand.

The chairman of the airline, Barrister Allen Onyema who was on ground to ensure a seamless operations told Newsdiaryonline  that he was impressed with passengers’ patronage on the first day of operation.

Barrister Onyema expressed the hope that in the next few weeks , the airline will record great success, adding that it was out to give passengers the best treat in the aviation sector in the country.

He announced that other routes will soon be opened for operations.
