The management of the Ahmadu Bello University, ABU, has congratulated Ibrahim Magu , a distinguished alumnus of the institution, on his appointment as the acting Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.
This was contained in a letter signed by the Vice Chancellor, VC of the university, Prof. IIbrahim Garba.
“We are delighted and rejoice with you on the appointment, and are confident that with the outstanding qualities and wealth of experience endowed on you, there is no doubt that you possess the capability to handle your responsibilies and make your alma-mater proud,” he said.
The VC further prayed for “courage, wisdom and good health” for Magu to effectively lead the agency in achieving its mandate of ridding Nigeria of corruption.
